VITAL PAW WELLNESS PLAN: 90-Day Holistic Pet Wellness Plan Your pet's journey to better health begins with a comprehensive evaluation designed to uncover the root causes of health concerns and create a personalized plan tailored specifically to their unique needs. Step 1: Comprehensive Health Assessment You will receive an in-depth wellness questionnaire that allows Kimberly to gain a thorough understanding of your pet's: • Current health concerns and symptoms • Medical history and previous diagnoses • Diet and feeding routine • Lifestyle and environment • Activity level and exercise habits • Medications and supplements currently being used • Health goals and areas of concern • Behavioral and emotional wellness Kimberly will also carefully review any veterinary records, blood work, diagnostic testing, intolerance testing, imaging reports, or other medical documents you provide to help identify potential nutritional deficiencies, imbalances, and contributing factors affecting your pet's overall health. Step 2: Customized Wellness Plan After Kimberly has time to go through the Pet Health Questionnaire, any vet records you will receive a detailed wellness plan created specifically for your pet.
