Virtual Consults (Telehealth for Pets) Virtual consults—also known as telehealth—are online appointments designed to support pet parents who have questions about their dog or cat’s sudden health concerns, or situations where you’re unsure whether a trip to the vet is immediately necessary or if it’s something that can be supported holistically at home. These consults are especially helpful for pet parents facing urgent but non-life-threatening issues such as diarrhea, vomiting, appetite changes, skin flare-ups, digestive upset, or sudden behavior changes—when you need guidance now and don’t want to wait or panic without answers. During a telehealth consult, I will combine holistic practices with practical education to help you make informed decisions and support your pet naturally whenever appropriate. My role is to educate, guide, and empower you, so you feel confident in the next steps for your pet’s health. It’s important to understand that virtual consultations do not replace a hands-on veterinary exam and are not a substitute for an ongoing relationship with your veterinarian. If your pet’s condition requires in-person care, I will always encourage that. You know your pet best, and your observations play an important role in helping me provide the most appropriate guidance. Based on your consultation, I will create a personalized support plan, which may include diet recommendations, supplement guidance, herbal support, and lifestyle adjustments. This consultation is good for 14 days of ongoing support. If a client requires continued support for their cat or dog after the 14-day Telehealth consultation period has ended, ongoing support services are available for purchase to monitor progress, offer continued guidance, and assist with any necessary dietary and lifestyle changes.
