Membership Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining the Whole Pet Wellness Support Membership! My goal is to provide ongoing holistic nutrition and wellness guidance to help support your pet's health. Please review the following terms before enrolling.

Membership Fee
The Whole Pet Wellness Support Plan is $59 per month and is billed monthly. Your membership automatically renews each month unless canceled by you.
What's Included
As a member, you'll receive ongoing support for questions related to:

Questions may be submitted via email or text, and responses are typically provided within 24- 48 hours.

What's Not Included
This membership does not include:

Interpretation of blood work or laboratory results
-
Review or interpretation of medical records

Review of radiographs or other diagnostic imaging

Emergency or urgent medical advice

Customized homemade diet formulations without a comprehensive consultation. Individualized recipes based on medical history or food intolerances (requires a Nourish & Thrive Nutrition Plan or the Vital Wellness Plan Consultation and is strongly recommended in conjunction with a (Pet Intolerance Test)
If your pet requires these services, a separate consultation may be recommended.

Response Time
I strive to respond within 24–48 business hours.
Messages received evenings, weekends, or holidays will be answered during normal business hours. This membership does not provide 24/7 support.

Emergency Situations
If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please get in touch with your veterinarian or the nearest emergency veterinary hospital immediately. Do not wait for a response through this membership.
This membership provides educational information and holistic wellness coaching. Recommendations are intended to support your pet's overall wellness and are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Clients remain responsible for all medical decisions regarding their pets.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. No partial-month refunds will be provided once a payment has been processed.

Refund Policy
Because ongoing support begins immediately upon enrollment, monthly membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Fair Use Policy: While there is no strict limit on the number of questions you may ask. If requests require extensive research, recipe formulation, or consultation-level support, a separate consultation may be recommended.
*Please understand that this consultation is not a replacement for your veterinarian's diagnosis, prescriptions, and/or procedures for healing. This consultation will recommend nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies to complement your veterinarian's diagnostic procedures.
